We CAN influence what we feel and think in the future.
We can educate our emotions (long term) by listening without obeying, hearing our emotions & 1st thoughts without allowing them to dictate our Second Thoughts & Actions.
It is by making choices based on our values & vision,
instead of our reflexes, that we can choose our path of growth.
over time - Thoughts which are repeated become Attitudes
over time - Actions which are repeated become Habits
Habits consistent with Long Term Happiness are therefore
good habits, long ago, this is what the word Virtue meant, (before it acquired the judgemental connotation).
