Getting Motivated for Acceptance     

 

 

Maximizing the usefulness of our time & energy requires that we Accept what we cannot change so that we can save our resources to be ready for what we CAN change.

 

BY CONCENTRATING OUR ENERGY & TIME WHERE WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

WE CAN ACHIEVE OUR BEST! FIRST CUT OFF WASTE - ACCEPT WHAT WE CANNOT CHANGE!

 

We need to learn how to Accept our Feelings & First Thoughts.

This will allow us to direct our attention & energy to

Choosing our Second Thoughts & Actions.

 

Read & think about:

1) Accepting Feelings

2) Accepting (First) Thoughts

3) Accepting Highest Self

 

 

        Trying to change what we feel is like trying to fly by jumping higher     

 

 

I am Aware That I am having a Feeling

My feelings are what they are.

 

If part of me doesn't like or want this feeling,

that's OK.

another part of me knows that

having & accepting this feeling

helps me to learn Acceptance.

 

Every feeling has a beginning, a middle, and an end,

I've been through worse & Ill get through this.

 

I can sit still with this feeling, there's no need to act.

 

This (feeling) does not surprise me.

 

This is an opportunity to remain calm, grow & learn.
